You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at shop@silverbacktouring.com and request an RMA number.

Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned (Facemasks, socks and other personal items cannot be returned). All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. To keep it simple, we will accept retunrs of damaged items, incorrectly sent or wrong items.

What cannot be returned:
No returns will be accepted unless there is a fault with printing or garment. 
No returns will be accepted for change of mind.
Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned (items must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund or replacement:
All returns or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase only.
All items will be returned to the original forms of payment.

Refund requests usually take up to 14 working days from receipt of returned items to review / investigate.

Shipping charges for products returned:
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.
We do not reimburse shipping charges.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

  1. Email us at shop@silverbacktouring to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number;
  2. A RMA Number Request Form will be issued to be filled in and returned with item/s to be replaced or refunded;
  3. Please also send us a photograph of the item;
  4. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel;
